Matrix Partners India invests in EdTech Platform Toddle

15th January 2020. Bengaluru: Matrix Partners India announced today that it has invested in Toddle, a collaboration and productivity platform for teachers used by schools across the world. The round also saw participation from Better Capital as well as prominent angel investors such as Rahul Jaimini, the co-founder of Swiggy.

Toddle is founded by Deepanshu Arora and Parita Parekh, both of whom have rich experience in the education space. Prior to Toddle, they co-founded a very successful network of pre-schools with centres in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. As school leaders and educators, they developed a first-hand understanding of the challenges and inefficiencies of the fragmented and clunky technology solutions that exist which then led to the creation of Toddle.

Toddle helps teachers streamline curriculum planning, documentation, parent communication, and analytics '“ all from one flawless interface. The product, which has been built keeping teachers at the core, has seen viral adoption in the early days with 10,000+ teachers across the world using the platform on a daily basis. Toddle aims to be the largest collaboration and sharing network for educators globally.
